Main Lease Terms
The property is offered based on the following main lease terms:
- Lease term: five (5) years, followed by renewal periods of five (5) years each;
- Notice period: mutual notice period of twelve (12) months prior to the next expiration date;
- Indexation: annual indexation based on the CPI index figure for all households (2025=100), for the first time one year after the lease commencement date;
- Payment term: payment monthly or quarterly in advance;
- Security deposit: deposit or bank guarantee equal to three (3) months’ rent, including VAT, and/or a group guarantee acceptable to the landlord;
