Main Lease Terms

The property is offered based on the following main lease terms:

• Lease term: five (5) years, followed by renewal periods of five (5) years each;
• Notice period: mutual notice period of twelve (12) months prior to the next expiry date;
• Indexation: annual indexation based on the CPI index figure for all households (2025=100), for the first time one year after the lease commencement date;
• Payment term: payment quarterly in advance;
• Security: deposit or bank guarantee equal to three (3) months’ rent, including VAT, and/or a group guarantee acceptable to the landlord;
