On behalf of a client, Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. has leased approximately 45,000 m² of newly built warehouse space on Asteriastraat, located in the Vossenberg business park in Tilburg, to Tesla. This newly developed cross-dock facility with warehouse space near the A67 motorway was acquired by Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. on behalf of a private investor and has been leased on a long-term basis to Rhenus Road. The cross-dock comprises approximately 30,000 m² of logistics space with offices, as well as an outdoor area for parking cars and trucks, including a dedicated charging plaza for electric trucks. The property holds a BREEAM “Excellent” certification.

In total, Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. has leased approximately 120,000 m² of newly developed warehouse space in three phases to logistics service provider Rhenus. The buildings are located along the A50 motorway (Eindhoven – Nijmegen). All properties are BREEAM “Outstanding” certified, with Phase 3 specifically designed for the storage of (flammable) hazardous goods (ADR).

On behalf of developer DOKVAST, Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. has leased this development to Stichd International, a subsidiary of the sports brand Puma. The property comprises approximately 40,000 m² of logistics space. The building holds a BREEAM “Excellent” certification and was sold by our office to international investor Patrizia.

On behalf of developer DOKVAST, Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. has sold this development to institutional investor P3 Parks. The property is located along the A2 motorway and comprises approximately 100,000 m² of logistics space, divided into four equal units. The entire warehouse is leased to Nunner Logistics. The building is BREEAM “Outstanding” certified and is one of the largest single warehouses in the Netherlands.

This redevelopment site was sold by Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. on behalf of Johnson & Johnson to the sustainable warehouse developer DOKVAST in Oisterwijk. On behalf of DOKVAST, our office has subsequently leased this new development on a long-term basis to Rhenus. The building is located along the A58 motorway and comprises approximately 60,000 m² of logistics space, including mezzanine floors and office space. The property is BREEAM “Outstanding” certified and is considered one of the most sustainable warehouses in Europe.

On behalf of a private developer, Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V. has sold the oldest commercial building in the city center of Tilburg to a local trading company specializing in creative products. The listed monument has a floor area of approximately 1,600 m² and includes multifunctional commercial spaces, a business residence, a loft, and a large outdoor area arranged for parking and landscaped gardens. The total plot size is 5,995 m².

On behalf of the developer HVP B.V., Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij B.V., in collaboration with Naber Bedrijfshuisvesting, has sold 34 newly built business units at a prime location in the Vossenberg business park in Tilburg.
